Each time you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information to the server of our website and temporarily stores it in a so-called log file. The following files are collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

The collection and processing of this data is done for the purpose of enabling the use of our website (connection establishment), to ensure system security and stability on a permanent basis, to enable the technical administration of the network infrastructure and the optimization of our Internet offering, as well as for internal statistical purposes. The IP address is only evaluated in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure and for statistical purposes, without it being possible to draw conclusions about your person.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

In addition, we use cookies and Google Analytics when you visit our website. Please refer to section 4 and section 5 of this privacy policy.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device, do not contain viruses, Trojans, or other malware.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via contact form, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

a) Tracking-Tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the ongoing optimization of our website. Data deletion and storage period

Data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Once a month, data for which the end of the retention period has been reached is automatically deleted. When you visit our homepage again, the user ID is reset so that the deletion time is adjusted by the expiration date to the current time plus the retention period. If you therefore visit our homepage again before the deletion time of 14 months has expired, the data storage will be extended again by 14 months if you do not visit the homepage again.

ii) Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

In order to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. In this process, Google AdWords sets a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad.

These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the AdWords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across AdWords customers' websites. • pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
• in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
• pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller.

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. a) Other plugins and tools

i) Web Fonts von Adobe Typekit

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Adobe TypeKit for the uniform display of fonts. Adobe TypeKit is a service that provides access to a font library and is provided by the company Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (Adobe).
